Is there a minimum amount of usage required
on my Park Card account?
No, there is no minimum Park
Card usage
required – simply
use the card as often as you'd like. Your balance on your account
will remain unaffected until your next usage. Please see the
terms and conditions on The Park Card form for additional details.
I’ve printed and completed my
Park Card application. What is the next step?
Your completed application for The
Park Card may be dropped off at the garage office, or faxed to 617.423.0507.
Once an application and payment is received (via cash, check, Visa, MasterCard,
American Express or Discover), your card will be activated within 24 hours,
Monday-Friday. Cards can be picked up at the garage lobby office.
I've submitted my Park Card application – how
do I get my card?
Once a completed Park
Card form is submitted along with any
initial payments, your card will be activated and ready for pick
up at the Garage Office on the lobby level of the garage. Please
allow up to 24 hours for your application to be processed before
picking up your card.
Do I receive a 10% discount if I have
forgotten my Park Card or pulled a transient parking ticket?
In order to qualify for a 10% discount, you must enter
and exit the garage using your Park
Card. Customers who have
forgotten their Park Card and have pulled a ticket to
enter the garage should proceed to the cashier station to pay
the posted parking rates. Parking fees are payable by cash, check
or credit card and may not be debited from your Park
Card account.
Do you provide statements of parking
activity and expenses?
Yes. Customers utilizing The
Park Card can enroll to
receive E-Statements on a monthly basis via email. Customers
can also choose to receive weekly E-statements with their Park
Card account activity in addition to their monthly E-Statements.
How do I know when I qualify for Free Night & Weekend
parking?
Customers using The
Park Card can qualify for free night
and weekend parking. The Park Card is a debit card program. When a customer’s
monthly Park Card usage is $150 or more, the customer
automatically qualifies for free night and weekend parking in
the
following month. Customers with The
Park Card can register to receive E-Statements, a monthly account
of their parking activity, which includes notice of Free Night
and Weekend status. Existing customers may sign up for E-Statements here.
How can I obtain a replacement for
a lost Park Card?
To obtain a replacement card, go
to the cashier’s counter
on the lobby level of the Garage. A $10 replacement fee will
be charged, payable by cash or check. The replacement
fee cannot be debited to your Park
Card account.
How do I update my Park Card account information?
To
update contact, vehicle or billing information on your Park
Card account download The
Park Card Cancellation and Information Change Form. Complete
the form, print it and take it to the Cashier and Information
station located on the lobby level of the Garage for processing.

If I close my Park Card account, can I receive a refund
for the remaining balance on my account?
The Park
Card is a pre-paid
parking program. That means the balance in your Park
Card account
is the value of pre-paid parking in your Park
Card account and
is not a cash balance. Accordingly, the balance in a Park
Card
account is not refundable. However, the balance can be redeemed
in parking vouchers. Please see the terms and conditions on The
Park Card form for additional details.
